The goal of Cortland Acres is to attract and retain the best and most qualified employees. We offer in-service training for staff members and an administrator in-training program. 

 

In addition, we offer a free certified nursing assistant (CNA) training program for anyone interested in starting a career in the health field. The 6-week programs includes three weeks of online scenerio work performed from home on your own schedule. The remaining three weeks of training take place at Cortland Acres with supervised contact with our residents. Our CNA training program has a rolling admission so the next class is just around the corner.
